Thankfully, after years of servicemen and women not being offered much in the way of job placement or transitional assistance to civilian life, there are options! As a veteran, my company, Papa Tango, will gain access to recently- or soon-to-be-separated military veterans or their family members and assist them in finding a lucrative career in the energy industry.

After over twenty years working in fossil fuels, I have obtained a list of contacts and a reputation that will help facilitate placement needs. That knowledge allows Papa Tango to train these men and women in informal environments and, from there, invite those willing to utilize our company to pursue a career across all energy sectors.
Further, Papa Tango Staffing Solutions will assist in obtaining licensing and/or certifications to help make our vets and/or their family members marketable and successful. We have contacts and a reputation that’s been obtained over my career which allows us to place our members in the employ of service companies on either a temp-to-hire or contract basis, depending on the clients’ needs.
